Leadership cadence for an AI-native organisation.

An 8-week cohort for executives, managers, and board advisors. Each week covers a new dimension of AI leadership — strategy and roadmap, governance and risk, team capability, and board reporting. The programme is designed so that by week 8 you can draft your organisation's AI governance framework and a 12-month roadmap.
